Polypropylene Sheet
A thin bendy sheet with a lightly textured surface,
one side has a heavier texture than the other.
This is the same type of material as most plastic ring binders are made from.
Often used as document covers when using wire or comb binding machines.
Opaque colours can not be seen through but some of the colours still let a fair amount of light through,
making them suitable for projects like lamp shades.
The fact that the sheet can be cut with scissors and holes punched using simple hand tools
makes this material a great choice for school and youth craft projects.
Polypropylene laser cuts well, making the sheet a good choice for prototype packaging design.
